Insurance and Cancellation policy

Many insurance companies will cover Acupuncture treatments. Yin Acupuncture is happy to provide you with a certified receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note, individual carriers and policies may vary. Please inquire with your insurer. All payment for treatment is due at the time of service.

Please give 24 hour’s notice whenever possible. Cancellations made on the same day as your scheduled appointment will be charged a minimum of $50 for acupuncture, and a minimum of $150 for facial services. You may be required to hold your facial service appointment with a credit card on file to ensure adherence to our cancellation policy.
